The Skills Hub has designed a solution for providers that are unable to host unemployed learners at their companies.
We have a fully managed Hosted solution, whereby we provide learners with training, mentorship and work readiness program.
We partner with companies to host learners enrolled on Learnership Programme, Graduates for the completion of their work place experience component.
Companies can fund learnership programme (either self-fundedor grant funding), and The Skills Hub provide hosting service should they not have capacity to host them
The Skills Hub can also provide the management of these learners throughout their learning period, to ensure compliance and reporting.
The Skills Hub will be able to assist unemployed youth that need work experience
Learners /Graduates will be giving training; they will be ready and equipped for a real world.
Youth that has matric, graduates, learners that are on a learnership that have never worked will be placed at our work experience facilities,
The solution will give youth exposure to work environment and opportunities to be employable
Learners will get work experience in Call Centre, the learners have opportunity to earn commission (other than stipends).
Administrators learners have opportunity to earn commission/Incentives (other than stipends).

Performing learners will be absorbed for existing campaigns hosted by The Skills Hub. The Skills Hub has partnered with recruitment agencies in absorbing learners.
The services including hosting learners living with disability. The Skills Hub have the right structure to host learners with disability. These services are limited to soft skills programmes
The partnership with companies includes hosting learners in Soft Skills (Call Centre, Business Administration, Marketing, IT End-User, etc.) and Artisan Skill (Professional Cookery, Welding, Tyre Fitment, etc.)
